EXHIBIT SPACE RESERVATIONS:
Booth assignments will be made in the order of receipt of the signed contract and that selection is determined on the basis of first come, first served, but that insofar as possible first choice will be granted. Please mark your first three booth choices on the Exhibit Space Contract. If you would like more than one booth, please mark them accordingly. The Trade Show Coordinator reserves the right to choose a booth for you if all three choices are assigned or left blank. The Super Trade Show Board of Directors reserves the right to decline or prohibit any exhibit, exhibitor or proposed exhibit which in its opinion is not suitable or not in keeping with the character of the exhibition.
DEPOSIT:
A 25% deposit of the total cost of the book is required with the submission of your contract. It is non-refundable after Feb. 1, 2010. Balance of booth payment is due on or before June 1, 2010, and is non-refundable after that date. Booth assignment is not guaranteed until the total amount is received.
ELECTRICAL, WATER, TELECOMMUNICATION AND INTERNET HOOKUPS:
All arrangements for electrical, water, telecommunications and internet hookups should be made directly with the Trade Show Coordinators, Michele Lucky and Kristi Allison. Order Forms for these arrangements will be available in your Exhibitor Manual that will be mailed to you prior to the trade show.
LIABILITY:
Exhibitors indemnify and hold harmless the Oklahoma Petroleum Marketers and Convenience Store Association, the Oklahoma Grocers Association and the Oklahoma Wholesale Marketers Association for all liability (damage or accident) which might ensue from any cause resulting from or connected with the transportation, placing, removal or display of exhibits. Exhibitors are urged to insure themselves against such risk of loss or liability. Although guards will be on duty, the above mentioned associations do not guarantee exhibitors against loss by theft or otherwise.
